These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phlucky7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing phlucky7, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlucky7 ("phlucky7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlucky7 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phlucky7.vip (the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phlucky7 Platform and close your account.
phlucky7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phlucky7 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phlucky7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The phlucky7 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phlucky7 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phlucky7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. phlucky7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 KYC Verification. phlucky7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlucky7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phlucky7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phlucky7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phlucky7 account, whether or not authorized by you. phlucky7 is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or is authorized by you.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. phlucky7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. While 2FA is not mandatory, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phlucky7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlucky7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phlucky7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. phlucky7 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the banking section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phlucky7 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. phlucky7 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.
Note: phlucky7 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to use cryptocurrency for transactions will be rejected.
5.1 General. phlucky7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. phlucky7 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including by creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Modification and Cancellation. phlucky7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, except where required by law or regulation.
6.1 RNG Certification. All casino games available on the phlucky7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable.
6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, phlucky7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phlucky7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phlucky7 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlucky7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phlucky7.
9.1 No Warranty. The phlucky7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlucky7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phlucky7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phlucky7 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
phlucky7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlucky7 complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

12.1 By phlucky7. phlucky7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your phlucky7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14.
phlucky7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlucky7 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlucky7 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe phlucky7 has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
